While on my recent visit to Dallas, Texas I had the chance to visit the planned community of Las Colinas, Texas. It is there you will find a bunch of huge corporate headquarters, at least one very cool hotel called the NYLO, and a really neat sculpture installation in the middle of the town fountain!
The sculpture is called The Mustangs of Las Colinas, and this photo is a shot of one of my favorite horses in the bunch. This little guy has the happy look of a free spirit about him, and he is a great contrast to the wild desperation felt in the other horses. (You can see them in the last topic, “Wild Horses…”). This pony is off to the side a little bit, seemingly staying out of the fray of the herd at large.
